What resources or forms should I provide to an employee who is going through a divorce?

For employees going through a divorce, it is important for them to consider the impact on their VRS benefits. We have developed a webpage to familiarize employees and their attorneys with how VRS benefits may be divided in a divorce.

VRS uses two required forms to process approved domestic relations orders (ADRO). The webpage includes detailed instructions and submission steps for these forms.
