I'm new to my job. What resources are available to help get me up to speed on VRS benefits administration?

You're already reading the Employer Update, which is one of the best ways to stay in the know about VRS. Here are five other tips to help get you up to speed:

1. Take a couple minutes to introduce yourself to VRS. One of the VRS Employer Representatives will get back to you shortly.
2. Bookmark the employer website: The VRS website for employers is your starting dministering VRS benefits. Use Ctrl + D to bookmark any page on the site for an easy return visit.
3. Discover the Employer Manual: You'll find information on how to enroll and maintain employees, contribution confirmation and payment scheduling and details on VRS member benefits.
4. Explore e-learning courses, webinar series and other learning opportunities from the VRS Training Academy.
5. Review the VRS Plans & Benefits webpage. It's your jumping-off point for deeper dives into the various benefits and resources available as you counsel members.
