Durable Power of Attorney form updated: The last page of the VRS-901 form now includes additional instructions reminding those with VRS defined contribution plans that VRS-901 forms also may be sent to ICMA-RC to allow a power of attorney to handle matters related to a member’s defined contribution plan accounts.
