Keeping your contact information up to date helps ensure we reach only you. Whether it’s a change in your mailing address, direct deposit account or mobile number, be sure to update your accounts right away.

Updating your account details can help protect against unauthorized access. By using a strong passphrase, changing it regularly and updating your information when necessary, you strengthen your account’s security – adding an extra layer of protection.

How to Access Your Accounts

For myVRS For defined contribution accounts
  1. Go to varetire.org.
  2. Click the myVRS icon in the top right corner.
  3. Log in or click “Register Now” to create an account.
  4. If registering a new account, follow prompts to enter information such as your address, phone number and email. You will also need to create a username and passphrase.
  5. Log in at least every 90 days to review your account and update your passphrase.
  6. If your account is locked, call VRS at 1-888-827-3847.

  2. Click “Set Up Your Online Access” and provide your details.
  3. Choose your user ID and passphrase.
  4. Log in at least every 90 days to review your account and update your passphrase.
