Retirement Counseling Center Moves to Henrico County
It’s never been easier to meet with a VRS counselor with the opening of a new in-person location and a range of appointment options.
The VRS Retirement Counseling Center recently moved from downtown Richmond to the Reynolds Office Building at 6641 W. Broad St. in Henrico County. The new space offers convenient parking with proximity to public transportation and Interstate 64, allowing VRS to better serve you. VRS’ administrative and investment offices will remain in downtown Richmond.
When you have questions about VRS benefits, you have options for getting answers. Make your first stop the VRS website, where you can access helpful resources like your myVRS account, the Retiree Handbook and information on the health insurance credit, cost-of-living adjustment, direct deposit schedule and more.
