Encourage Members to Establish Their Voya Accounts

VRS and Voya appreciate your continued encouragement of employees to register their DCP Accounts with Voya, the new record keeper.

To provide greater information security, Voya requires a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for first-time registration of online accounts and financial transactions by phone.

Who Needs a PIN?

New hires, employees who did not have an online account with MissionSquare and employees who were registered but had an invalid email address.

Members will need to request a PIN through the U.S. mail, which may take 5-7 business days. For security reasons, the Voya call center representatives cannot issue PINs.

Who Doesn’t Need a PIN?

Employees who already had an online DCP account with MissionSquare do not need a PIN to establish their new Voya DCP account. Instead, they should visit the login site and click Register Now.
