Whether you’re new in your role or have been in your position for a few years, the VRS Training Academy includes everything from benefits administration topics to step-by-step instructions for using myVRS Navigator.

What type of training do you need? VRS offers three series (Overview, Benefits and Technical) as well as checklists and job aids.

• Overview Series courses are a terrific way for new employers to get started or for experienced employers to get a refresher on VRS topics.
• Benefits Series courses are intended to give employers the context and details they need to administer and counsel their employees on VRS benefits.
• Technical Series courses are ideal for employers who need step-by-step instructions on how to perform myVRS Navigator processes and the context behind those steps.
• Use the checklists when counseling employees and follow job aids for step-by-step guidance on important processes.
