What type of training do you need? VRS offers three series (Overview, Benefits and Technical) as well as checklists and job aids.

    • Benefits Series courses are intended to give employers the context and details they need to administer and counsel their employees on VRS benefits.

    • Use the checklists when counseling employees and follow job aids for step-by-step guidance on important processes.
