Political Subdivisions: Access Valuations in myVRS Navigator This Month
January 2025
Later this month, political subdivision employers can download from myVRS Navigator their 2024 pension valuations, along with valuations for the health insurance credit. Information related to pooled plans such as Group Life Insurance or Virginia Local Disability Program can be found in the Additional Resources box on the Financial Reporting webpage (see the valuation presentations).
Although not a contribution rate-setting year, the 2024 valuations show progress on funded status and provide insight into emerging trends in contribution rates.
Follow These Steps to Access Your Valuations
- Log in to myVRS Navigator.
NOTE
You may need to coordinate with others in your organization who have ongoing access to myVRS Navigator to download your valuations.
- Click on the Reports drop-down menu heading.
- Scroll to and click on Generated Report.
- From there, you can further refine your results by typing your five-digit employer code in the Report Name field. This will narrow your results to all VRS-provided financial reports.
